Leading and being successful in the large organization demands a willingness to cooperate with those who are different than you.

What relationships are you neglecting?  Who are you stubbornly avoiding and resisting? How is it working out for you?

Neglect those key relationships long enough, resist cooperating with others and neglect will leave you a mere shadow of what you might have become.  A cooperative attitude gets better results.
